Claude Chanal

Claude Chanal has extensive experience in technical architecture and service management, currently serving as an Architecte technique at bioMérieux since April 2018. Prior to this role, Claude worked at HCL Technologies as a Service Manager from April 2016 to April 2018 and spent over 15 years at Volvo IT in various positions, including Service Area Manager for Mobility and Real Time Collaboration, as well as e-collaboration service manager. Beginning a career in the 1990s, Claude started as a Lotus Notes Administrator at Renault Trucks - Volvo IT and held earlier positions in service management at Volvo IT.
