Responsible for enhancing operational performance and customer experience, Emmanuel leads a team of 30 international experts in business process management, CRM, and BI solutions. Previous roles include Senior Director of the Service Business Unit, where a unified organization focused on In Vitro Diagnostics was established, and Head of Global Service Marketing, managing a team of marketing professionals to drive service marketing strategies globally. Emmanuel's career began at LCL as a Trainer, and educational qualifications include a Master's in Technology & Innovation Management from emlyon business school and a Master's in Cellular Biology & Physiology from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
