Gaël Le Nestic has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gaël began their career in 2007 as a Worldwide Customer Service Engineer at MSC Inspection Worldwide - TIAMA Group, where they installed glass quality control systems, provided customer assistance and training, and improved customer service organization and products. In 2009, they joined Grosfillex as a Business Solution Project Manager, managing IT and business projects and successfully implementing an ERP system and starting up store networks. From 2012 to 2014, Gaël served as the Head of IT Business Solutions at Grosfillex, overseeing a team of project managers and designing a master plan for the company's application domain. Since 2014, they have been working at bioMérieux as a Service Delivery Manager, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders and ensuring alignment between IT services and business needs. In 2020, they took on the role of EMEA Service Delivery Manager Lead at bioMérieux.

Gaël LE NESTIC completed their education from 2001 to 2006 at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, earning a degree in Industrial Engineering.
