Isabelle Masson

Isabelle Masson is a seasoned Global Mobility Manager at bioMerieux, with experience managing international assignments and recruitment processes since November 2007. Areas of expertise include global mobility, labor law, immigration, social protection, taxation, and compensation & benefits. Isabelle has a proven track record of developing and implementing cost-effective global mobility policies, advising HR business partners, and managing complex expatriation situations. Prior to bioMerieux, Isabelle held HR roles at UBS, Sol Melia, Club Med, Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts, and Hotel Astoria, accumulating extensive experience in HR management, employee development, and operational support. Isabelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IGS in Lyon and an additional Master’s from IFAGE in Geneva.
