Prior to this role, Josh accumulated significant experience at Wegmans Food Markets from June 1997 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing the digital customer experience across various channels, leading to successful outcomes such as over 1 million downloads of the Wegmans mobile application. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications from St. John Fisher University and an Associate's degree in Communications from Monroe Community College.
