Renaud Jonquieres, Ph.D, has extensive work experience in the fields of R&D, portfolio management, open innovation, and global marketing. Renaud currently serves as the Senior Vice President of R&D Portfolio and Open Innovation at bioMérieux, where they lead the strategic portfolio for R&D and fosters external partnerships for new technologies and biomarkers. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Vice President of MEA-ASPAC (Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific) at Mérieux NutriSciences, overseeing the region's operations and strategy. Renaud JONQUIERES, Ph.D has a diverse education background. Renaud then pursued a Master's degree in life science Engineering at AgroParisTech from 1995 to 1998. Continuing their academic journey, Renaud obtained a Master's degree in Fundamental Microbiology from Université Paris Cité in 1997-1998. Renaud further went on to complete their Ph.D in Biochemistry - Microbiology at Université Paris Cité from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their scientific education, Renaud has also pursued executive education in various fields. In 2006, they completed a Marketing executive course at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Business Marketing Strategy. In 2007, Renaud completed a Top Management program at Krauthammer, enhancing their management skills. Later, in 2010, they obtained a strategic Marketing executive education certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education, further expanding their knowledge in marketing.
