Santosh Kolipaka

Santosh Kolipaka is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and program management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Manufacturing Engineering at bioMérieux, Santosh manages a team of 40 engineers, overseeing manufacturing operations exceeding $350 million across various business units. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at bioMérieux, where Santosh led teams supporting injection vial and disposable manufacturing, and Senior Manager of Program Management at BioFire Diagnostics, facilitating high throughput automation solutions. Experience at IM Flash involved leading process improvement projects and managing predictive modeling initiatives to enhance product performance. Santosh holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vignan Institute of Technology and Science. Currently enrolled at MIT Sloan School of Management, Santosh is studying the implications of artificial intelligence for business strategy.
