Vincent Marciniak

Vincent Marciniak has extensive experience in the fields of finance, accounting, and auditing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality at bioMérieux since August 2014, Vincent has held multiple key positions within the company, including Chief Financial Officer for Northern Europe and Consolidation and Financial Planning Director. Prior to joining bioMérieux, Vincent was employed at Deloitte from September 2009 to August 2014, where responsibilities included managing audits for publicly traded companies under IFRS and US GAAP, as well as overseeing internal controls in compliance with SOX regulations. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Clermont School of Business, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
