Alpin Istanto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alpin is currently working as a Sales Manager at Biomicrogels Group, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Sales Engineer at Victorindo Group from January 2020 to April 2022. Alpin also worked as a Marketing Executive at PT. Mutiara Palma Lestari from June 2019 to December 2020. Before that, Alpin Istanto was a Senior Sales Advisor at PT Traglopindo Utama from June 2017 to May 2019. Alpin started their career as a Sales Representative at Honda Arista Cambridge from July 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Executive at Auto2000 Toyota from March 2014 to June 2016. Alpin Istanto's earliest work experience was as a Wakil Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Darul Mursyid Islamic Boarding School from April 2009 to May 2013.

Alpin Istanto completed their high school education at SMU Negeri 1 Kualuh Hulu - Aek Kanopan from 2001 to 2004, specializing in the field of science. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Economics degree in Management at the Universitas Riau Kepulauan from 2004 to 2008.
