Jeremy Guttman

Jeremy Guttman has had a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the CEO and Founder of Biomotivate since 2018. In this position, they have developed innovative solutions to improve substance use disorder treatment through technology. Jeremy has also won various competitions and grants for their work in this field. Prior to Biomotivate, Jeremy was the CEO and Co-Founder of Behaivior from 2017 to 2018. Jeremy has also worked as a Research Analyst at Treatspace from 2016 to 2017, where they played a key role in customer user experience analysis. Additionally, they have held positions at the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, Foley & Lardner, and Stroz Friedberg, LLC, where they gained experience in health innovation, economic analysis, and computer forensics research.

Jeremy Guttman has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. Jeremy pursued further education, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Bioethics (Philosophy of Medicine) from the University of Pittsburgh from 2009 to 2014. In the same year, they also completed a Post-baccalaureate program in History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Pittsburgh. In 2017, Jeremy attended the Academy Pittsburgh Computer Programming Bootcamp, specializing in Computer Programming.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremy obtained two certifications: Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Biomedical Product Development from MIT Bootcamps and Innovation to Impact Substance Use Entrepreneurship Training from Innovation to Impact at Yale.
