Dr. Julika Borde

Dr. Julika Borde is currently serving as a Business Support Scientist EMEA at Bionano since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Borde worked at Uniklinik Köln from January 2016 to January 2023, holding positions as a Postdoctoral Scientist, PhD Student, and Research Associate in the Center for Familial Breast and Ovarian Cancer. Additionally, Dr. Borde completed guest scientist positions at University College London (UCL) in March 2018 and July 2019. Dr. Borde's academic background includes a Doctorate in Natural Medicine focused on Interdisciplinary Molecular Medicine from the University of Cologne (July 2021), a Master of Science in Biological Sciences (December 2015), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology (September 2013). Dr. Borde also gained experience as a student assistant at Uniklinik Köln and in the Botanical Institute at the University of Cologne.
