Additionally, Frank has served as Data Center Manager at OMM and Senior System Administrator at Simpact. Early career positions include Help Desk Supervisor at ICMP and Senior Field Service Engineer at Wang Labs, along with a tenure as a U.S. Navy NAVSEACENPAC Western Pacific Tech Rep and Field Services Engineer at Honeywell. Frank completed education at Craven College from 1981 to 1983.
