Kenneth Sugerman

Kenneth Sugerman possesses extensive experience in technical support and validation engineering, particularly in the genomics and biotech sectors. At Bionano Genomics, Inc., Kenneth has held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Manager, Technical Support AMER, where responsibilities include managing a diverse team supporting customers across five countries and analyzing case metrics for performance improvement. Previous roles involved direct customer interactions to resolve technical issues, drafting support documents, and training personnel.
