Michael Shustov

Michael Shustov has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Michael began as a Research Student at Tokyo University of Science, then moved on to become a Research Engineer at Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 2010. In 2013, they joined JSC "TEK Mosenergo" as a Senior Specialist. In 2017, they became a Senior Research Fellow at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and most recently, in 2022, they began working as an R&D Physicist and Python developer at Bionaut Labs.

Michael Shustov obtained their Bachelor of Science in Technical Physics from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) between 2003 and 2007. Michael then completed an Engineer's degree in Thermal Physics from the same institution between 2007 and 2009. In 2010, they returned to the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) to pursue a Ph.D. in Thermal Physics, which they completed in 2016. In 2015, they undertook professional retraining in Corporate Finance at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, which they finished in 2016.
