Michael Fleming

Michael Fleming is a finance leader with extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and planning. Currently serving as the Controller at Bioness Medical, Inc., they manage key accounting functions and drive strategic financial initiatives. Previously, Michael held positions as Managing Partner at Mychal & Associates, LLC, and in various roles at prominent companies including Bioness Inc. and Nestle USA. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Harvard University, complemented by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
