Xueling Lu

Xueling Lu has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Xueling started their career as an Accountant at Avanex, where they played a key role in building the company's stock administration prior to its IPO. Xueling then joined Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Manager and later as a Senior Manager, leading audit engagements for Chinese companies listed in the U.S. market.

In 2013, Xueling Lu joined Lear Corporation as the Corporate Controller for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, they led a team of 10+ staff and provided financial advice for both consolidated and non-consolidated entities, including joint ventures. Xueling also implemented internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in over 40 entities in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, Xueling Lu holds the position of VP of Finance, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer at Yum China since November 2016.

Xueling Lu has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Peking University. They also have a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. In addition, Xueling Lu holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
