Rakesh Davda

Rakesh Davda has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies in the healthcare industry. Rakesh is currently serving as the Vice President of Real World Evidence Solutions at Bionical Emas, where they lead the development of solutions for the collection of data for medicinal products. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Real World Data and Market Access at the same company.

Before joining Bionical Emas, Rakesh worked at Servier, where they served in multiple roles. Rakesh started as a Key Account Manager in the cardiovascular division, where they played a crucial role in improving market access for the portfolio. Rakesh then transitioned into the role of Medical Science Liaison and Market Access Specialist in the oncology division, where they were involved in the NICE submission process and the development of evidence-based submissions. Subsequently, they worked as a Medical Science Liaison in the cardiometabolic division, where they were responsible for site selection, recruitment, and data collection for a phase IV study.

Rakesh Davda also has experience working at Eisai US as an Epilepsy Specialist, where they engaged with key opinion leaders and developed a network of product advocates for market access. Rakesh Davda's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled in the University of Sussex to pursue a BSc degree in Biology with Management Studies. Rakesh completed their undergraduate studies in 2001. Afterward, in 2003, they undertook an examination conducted by the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), earning a degree in ABPI. From 2006 to 2009, Rakesh attended the University of Portsmouth and obtained a BSc degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree specializing in International Health Technology Assessment, Pricing, and Reimbursement from The University of Sheffield, where they studied between 2016 and 2018.
