Fawn Tallontire

Fawn Tallontire is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and health management. Currently serving as the Integrated Neighbourhood Team Locality Lead at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust since September 2023, Fawn also works as an HPN/OPAT Nurse at Bionical Solutions since September 2019. Prior roles include leading community health initiatives as Communities Programme Lead at NHS North Central London ICB, focusing on innovative programs to combat HIV and support youth affected by violence.
