Medhat Youssef

Medhat Youssef has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, spanning over 15 years. Medhat began their career as a Biomedical Engineer at the Egyptian Armed Forces Hospitals in 2005 and later worked as a Biomedical Engineer at the Ministry of Health in Egypt. In 2007, they joined Medal Egypt as a Product Specialist, specializing in ICU and OR products. Medhat then transitioned to Alkan Medical in 2009, where they served as an Area Sales Manager for the Radiology & Imaging Department.

In 2012, Medhat joined ConVida Healthcare & Systems Inc., where they excelled as a Regional Channel Manager for the Middle East & Africa Region. After several successful years, the company was acquired by Glory Medical. In 2016, they joined Carestream as the Country Manager for their Radiology & Medical Imaging Business, overseeing operations and driving growth in the market.

Currently, Medhat holds the role of Regional Sales Manager for the MENA Region at Bionime, where they utilize their extensive experience to develop and manage sales strategies in the region.

Throughout their career, Medhat has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and expertise in the medical industry.

Medhat Youssef attended Cairo University from 2000 to 2005, where they studied Biomedical Engineering. Medhat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University. Medhat also obtained additional certifications in various areas such as Fundamentals of Business Management from the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt in January 2009, Customer Service Excellence from the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, Hospital Inspection Program from the National Training Institute in Egypt, and Negotiating Skills from the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
