Damiano Cosma Potenza has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and teaching fields. In 2020, they began working as a Firmware Developer, Hardware Designer, and Software Developer at BionIT Labs. In 2017, they began working as a Hardware Test Engineer, Electronic Designer, and Firmware Test Engineer at Pegaso S.r.l. Quality Service. In 2016, they worked as a PowerTrain System & Test Engineer at Iveco and as a System & Test Engineer at Teoresi Group. In 2012, they worked as the Head of Electric Division at Salento Racing Team. Finally, in 2013, they worked as a Math Teacher at I.P.S.I.A. "L. Da Vinci".
Damiano Cosma Potenza completed a BA in Physics from Università del Salento in 2012, followed by an MA in Physics from the same institution in 2015.
