Ilaria De Filippo, MBA, has over 10 years of experience in finance, HR, and management control. Ilaria most recently worked as the CFO at BionIT Labs starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at PR.ALI.NA. S.p.A., serving as the HR Manager and Head of Controlling from 2022 to 2023, and as the Finance Controlling Manager from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as the CFO at CAPUA 1880 SRL. Ilaria also served as the Finance and HR Director at Gruppo Gaser for 10 years from 2010 to 2020. Additionally, Ilaria has experience in project management at Eredi di Bonacina Mario Srl and strategic planning and management control at Gaser Ossido Duro srl. Ilaria began their career as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006 and worked as an Asset Management Organization (AMO) Assistant at GE Capital the same year.
