Jason Zilles, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bionix® since 2024, Zilles oversees financial activities, human resources, and IT infrastructure while contributing to the company's strategic vision. Previously, Zilles held CFO positions at Gordon Lumber Holdings Company and IMCO Carbide Tool Inc., where responsibilities included driving growth, profitability, and financial management. Zilles has also led finance functions at A-Gas Americas and has held various accounting and finance roles at The Andersons, Inc., Owens Corning, ERICO, Athersys, and Arthur Andersen, showcasing a diverse and robust career in financial leadership and compliance.
