Nihan Taşmerdivenli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and success management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Operations at Bionluk since 2020, Nihan leads efforts to enhance customer experience within Turkey's largest freelancer marketplace. Previously, Nihan held the position of Customer Success Manager at Bionluk, focusing on identifying customer pain points and improving service delivery. Nihan also worked as a Category & Success Specialist at Armut, providing support to providers and driving conversion rates. Earlier roles include Public Relations & Community Specialist at Şişli Belediyesi and a Sales Intern at Euler Hermes Türkiye, along with involvement in a social development project with AIESEC no Brasil.
