Amy Carr is currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at BioNTech SE, where the focus is on advancing health through innovative immunotherapy research. Prior to this, Amy held various roles at EMD Serono, Inc., including Sector HR Business Partner for US Oncology and Global Talent Solutions Partner, where expertise was provided in talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Amy’s experience also includes positions at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist, and at Fidelity Investments in various human resources and staffing roles. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Bridgewater State University.
