Celia Wu

Celia Wu is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in building and leading human resources teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Head of HR for BioNTech SE in China, Celia Wu joined as the first employee and established the local team, contributing to key projects such as the Singapore mRNA manufacturing initiative and the Australia mRNA Innovation center. Prior roles include Senior Director and Head of HR for APAC at 凯杰, Asia HR Director at Genus, and HR Director at Eppendorf China, among others. Celia Wu's career spans over a decade, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Educational qualifications include studies in German at Volkshochschule in Germany and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Southwest University for Nationality.
