Christian Spurny

Christian Spurny is an experienced professional in the field of biomedical research and program management, currently serving as Associate Director of R&D Program Management at BioNTech SE since September 2022. Previously, Christian held the position of Senior Program Manager at Affimed from October 2017 to August 2022, demonstrating expertise in operational management of development programs and cross-functional teams. Prior roles include Post Doc at UKM Münster University Hospital, focusing on Ewing Sarcoma and immunotherapy, alongside experience as a Scientist in melanoma research at University Hospital Essen.
