Dr. Martina Reiter

Dr. Martina Reiter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process excellence and strategic capability building, currently serving as Director of Business Process Excellence and Director of Strategy & Capability Building at BioNTech SE since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Training Manager at Sandoz and as Director of Training Acute Care Therapies at Getinge. Dr. Reiter has also held significant positions such as Head of Training at PULSION Medical Systems SE and Project Manager at HMNC - Holsboar Maschmeyer Neurochemie, along with a role as Project Manager/Scientist at MAB Discovery. Dr. Reiter earned a PhD from the Technical University of Munich with a focus on anabolic agents and biomarker research, and also has specialized training in People & Culture Management from IHK.
