Guido Wallraff

Guido Wallraff is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Human Resources Director at BioNTech SE since July 2022, Guido is dedicated to enhancing organizational excellence in the biotechnology sector. Previously, as Human Resources Director at TD SYNNEX, leadership was provided to a team of 20 professionals in Central Europe. At Biogen, Guido held the role of HR Director and contributed to one of the world's oldest biotechnology firms. Earlier career highlights include key HR roles at Cisco, where responsibilities included Global Head of HR Employee Relations and HR Director for Central & Northern Eastern Europe, and at Microsoft, where Guido established and managed the HR function for Tech Services EMEA. Guido's legal background includes serving as an Attorney in labor law before transitioning to HR.
