Inbal Slonim

Inbal Slonim has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Inbal started their career as a High-Tech Recruiter at MatchPointIT in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Inbal then joined STARTICA LTD as an HR Specialist, where they were responsible for recruiting technological candidates and training incoming recruiters. In 2014, they joined CPS JOBS as a Web & Data Technologies Recruitment Specialist, focusing on recruiting software candidates and training new recruiters. In 2016, they joined SuperCom as an HR Associate before moving to Marketing Envy in 2018. At Marketing Envy, they initially worked as an HR Manager, overseeing HR processes and managing the recruitment process. Inbal later transitioned to the role of Global Human Resources Director, taking on additional responsibilities such as talent acquisition, employee performance reviews, training program development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Inbal Slonim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Open University between 2010 and 2013. In 2018, Inbal studied Practical HR Studies at The Institute for Human Resource Management. In addition, Inbal obtained a certification in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in 2018.
