Heather Skwara

Heather Skwara is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director of Process Enablement at BioNTech SE since March 2023. Prior to this role, Heather spent over a decade at EMD Serono, Inc., where positions included BT-R&D Lead Business Analysis & Architecture in Clinical Development, Project Manager, Manager of Research Systems and Services, Senior Specialist in IS Scientific Systems, and IS Technician. Earlier career experience includes the role of Assistant IT Controller/IT Assistant at the International Centre for Life, providing various levels of IT support. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
