Meaghan Bryant is an enthusiastic and results-oriented Program and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the biotech industry, including 5 years in project management. Currently, Meaghan serves as the Associate Director of R&D Program Management Excellence at BioNTech SE, where they drive value through the strategic management of complex, cross-functional programs. Previously, they held various roles in quality control microbiology and R&D project management at Shire Pharmaceuticals and Seres Therapeutics, demonstrating expertise in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and advancing drug development processes. Meaghan is pursuing a Master's degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography at Northeastern University, complementing their BA in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Hamilton College.
