Michael Glos

Michael Glos is an experienced professional in clinical procurement and development, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Procurement CRO Services at BioNTech SE since October 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions, including Associate Director of Clinical Procurement at BioNTech SE, Sourcing Lead for R&D Development at Grünenthal Group, and Alliance Manager for Strategic Partnerships at Bayer. Michael has significant expertise in outsourcing activities, having been the Group Head for Early Clinical Development Procurement and the Outsourcing Director for Dermatology at Intendis. Michael's career began at RCC Cytotest Cell Research GmbH as a Study Director, followed by various roles at PAREXEL International GmbH in Business Development and Project Management in Clinical Pharmacology. Michael holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Hamburg and a Diploma in Biology from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
