Mikko Li

Mikko Li is currently the China Talent Acquisition Lead at BioNTech SE, where they leverage their extensive experience in recruitment and talent strategy. Previously, Mikko held key roles at several companies, including Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at 勃林格殷格翰 and Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at 罗氏制药. They have a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, completed in 2019, and are certified in project management (PMP).
