Rachael Xerri

Rachael Xerri is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical field, currently serving as Associate Director GMP/CMC Drug Product at BioNTech SE since July 2020. Previously, Rachael held the position of Scientist and also completed a Visiting PhD Studentship at MedImmune in early 2017. Rachael's academic journey includes a PhD candidacy in Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham from 2016 to 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Lincoln, where Rachael also contributed as a Student Ambassador and held leadership roles in the Biochemistry Society. Noteworthy contributions include an eight-week UROS Studentship focusing on peptide binding partners under Dr. Alan Goddard.
