Valeska Schilling

Valeska Schilling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President of Downstream Individualized mRNA Cancer Vaccine at BioNTech SE since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading a green field CAPEX project for manufacturing and ramping up teams and processes. Prior to this, Schilling was the Head of Production Department at BioNTech Marburg, overseeing the transition from antibody to mRNA vaccine production, managing a team of 170, and achieving the delivery of 3 billion COVID-19 vaccine doses in the first year.
