As Chairman of Bio-Pact since January 2014, Randy has played a key role in advancing breakthrough technology related to medical grade molecular rebar and exploring innovative opportunities within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Prior to this, Randy co-founded Red Mountain Behavioral Health Services, a specialized provider of behavioral services for children and families in the Phoenix, Arizona area, where involvement spanned from 2002 to 2014. Randy Kinsel holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
