BioPak
Yian Man is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Product and Quality Coordinator at BioPak since August 2023. Prior to this role, Yian worked as a Food Technical Officer at PMFresh from November 2022 to August 2023, and held various positions at Harris Farm Markets from September 2019 to November 2022, including QA Officer, Quality Assurance Assistant, and Food Technologist Intern. Yian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Food and Agribusiness (Honours) in Food Science and Agribusiness from the University of Sydney, obtained between 2017 and 2020, as well as a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a major in biochemistry from the same institution during 2016 to 2017.

BioPak was founded with the intention of disrupting an industry that was ripe for change, and a significant contributor to the degradation of the environment in the packaging it produced and the resources it consumed. We offset all carbon emissions associated with the production, distribution and disposal of our products. We donate 7.5% of profits to Rainforest Rescue (Australia) and Forest & Bird (New Zealand), two conservation organisations fighting to protect and restore our national forests, as well as local charities and offset all carbon associated with our products. As a certified BCorp, we are legally required to consider the impact of our decisions on our workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.
