Nicola Coles has extensive experience in sustainability and change management within the biopharma industry. As Sustainability Director at BioPhorum from September 2019 to September 2021, Nicola successfully launched an industry collaboration to integrate sustainability strategies, focusing on emission reduction and circularity. Previously, Nicola served as Global Change Facilitator and Account Manager for the Raw Materials Program, leading initiatives to enhance industry knowledge and improve manufacturing processes. As Director at Plum Consulting Services Ltd, Nicola aimed to connect people and processes for tangible service delivery changes. Experience also includes roles at AstraZeneca as Change Programme Manager, Tribal as Managing Consultant, and Price Waterhouse Coopers as Consultant. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability at Cranfield School of Management, Nicola holds a 2:1 degree in Government and Public Policy from Northumbria University.
