Kristen van Orman

Kristen Van Orman has worked in various roles throughout their career. Kristen started their career at American Express Inc in 2004 as a Manager of Sales and Marketing, where they contributed to an increase in overall sales and developed incentive schemes to motivate the sales team. In 2009, they joined Curascript Specialty Pharmacy as a Physician Sales Executive, responsible for the growth and success of their territory. Kristen fostered strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieved impressive revenue numbers, and utilized data to identify areas of growth. In 2014, they moved to BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, initially working as a Regional Clinical Liaison, where they focused on delivering specialty pharmacy solutions to improve patient care. Kristen later became the Divisional Director of Oncology Sales and finally the Sr. Director of Outside Sales.
