Nayela N. Chowdhury

Nayela N. Chowdhury has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an In-Plant Trainee at Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. In 2016, they became a Masters Student at Butler University, where they focused on nano therapy and conducted research on triple negative breast cancer cells. During this time, they gained experience in handling laboratory equipment and running laboratory assays. In 2018, Nayela worked as an Analytical Technical Services Intern at Exelead, where they participated in method development for the analysis of liposomal products in a GMP regulated environment.

In the same year, they also started working as a Graduate Assistant at Information Commons, providing support in a library setting. Nayela N. continued this role until 2019 when they joined Indiana University School of Medicine as a PHD Candidate. Nayela N.'sresearch focused on investigating the contribution of the components of the coagulation system that drive pancreatic cancer, using various tools and models.

In 2022, Nayela took on two roles. Firstly, they became a Student Representative at the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center. Secondly, they started working as a Brand Ambassador for BioRender.

Nayela N. Chowdhury began their education at North South University in 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2016. Nayela N. then pursued further studies at Butler University from 2016 to 2019, earning a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics and Drug Design. Currently, they are enrolled in the Indiana University School of Medicine, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree with an unspecified field of study. Additionally, Nayela has obtained several certifications, including Agile Project Management from Google, Build a Budget and Analyze Variance using Google Sheets from Coursera Project Network, Foundations of Project Management from Google, Portfolio and Risk Management from the University of Geneva, and Using Clinical Health Data for Better Healthcare from The University of Sydney.
