Lasse Jensen has a diverse work experience in academia and industry. Lasse started their career at Karolinska Institutet in 2006, where they completed their Ph.D studies from September 2006 to October 2010. Lasse then worked as a Post Doc. at Karolinska Institutet from November 2010 to November 2011. Afterwards, Lasse Jensen joined Linköping University in 2011 and served as a Post Doc., where they were responsible for establishing and heading the Zebrafish research facility and laboratory. Lasse'sresearch focused on the regulation of angiogenesis and vascular biology in relation to hypoxia and circadian rhythms. Lasse Jensen continued their career at Linköping University, transitioning to the role of University Lecturer from December 2015 to March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Professor at Linköping University from March 2020. In addition to their academic endeavors, Lasse Jensen also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at BioReperia since September 2015.
Lasse Jensen pursued their education at the Kalundborg Gymnasium from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a studenterexamen (STX) degree in Natural Sciences. Following this, they attended the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) from 1999 to 2005, where they completed a Master's degree in Biotechnology.
