Vincenzo del Piano has had a varied and successful career. Vincenzo began their career in 2007 as a Sales Assistant for Nike and Geox. In 2008, they were hired as a Store Operations Manager at Swatch Group, where they were responsible for supervising store operations, managing the team, and providing customer care. In 2017, they moved to Madrid and founded a digital e-commerce platform offering on-demand beauty services. Finally, in 2020, they joined Biorfarm as a Customer Care Manager and Partnership Manager. In this role, they organized customer service, defined company guidelines for managing requests and complaints, and measured and optimized the efficiency of activities.
Vincenzo del Piano obtained a Laurea triennale in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale from Università Telematica Pegaso between 2020 and 2023. Vincenzo also attended Istituto Tecnico Commerciale e Ragioneria Materdei from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Business Economy, Law and computing.
