Bob Nippert, PMP, ITIL

Bob Nippert, PMP, ITIL has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Bob has held various leadership positions in the IT field, demonstrating their expertise in managing teams and implementing efficient processes.

Bob's recent work experience includes serving as the Director of Information Technology at BiOrigin Specialty Products, where they oversee the IT department. Prior to that, they worked at SAIC as the IT Director of the Service Management Office, where they managed a team of 50 technologists and coordinated IT activities for multiple corporate sites.

Before SAIC, Bob was the Director of IT Operations at Engility Corporation, where they led a team of 15 IT professionals and managed the company's IT operations, including enterprise applications, infrastructure applications, databases, and facilities.

Earlier in their career, Bob worked in various roles at TASC, Northrop Grumman, Keane Inc., AIG, Building #19, and Bankers Life and Casualty, gaining experience in IT program management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) operations, business analysis, and retail management.

Throughout their career, Bob has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage complex IT projects, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional technical support. Their credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification further highlight their expertise in the field.

Bob Nippert, PMP, ITIL, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1983 to 1989. In addition to their degree, Bob has also earned several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in their field. In August 2012, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In November 2020, they obtained the ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Axelos. Most recently, in November 2021, Bob completed the "Engaging Hybrid Teams Inclusively" certification program offered by ExecOnline.
