William's career also includes serving as Chief Technical Officer at Ice Prototyping & Fabrication from February 1999 to December 2009 and as Senior Research Engineer at Southwest Research Institute from August 1991 to February 1999. William earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University between 1988 and 1991.
