Dan Kerpelman

Dan Kerpelman serves as the Board Chair of BioSked, leading the executive team in establishing a new healthcare IT company since September 2021. Kerpelman holds board positions at Metrolab Technology SA and the University of Rochester Medical Center, where Dan has been an independent director since 2004. Previously, Kerpelman was the President & CEO of Bio-Optronics from May 2008 to April 2021 and held CEO roles at SGS and President positions at Eastman Kodak Company and GE Healthcare, where a notable part was the development of information technology to support a large field service force. Kerpelman's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, among other qualifications.
