Chelsea Nora

Chelsea Nora has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Chelsea is currently a Senior Research Associate at Biosplice Therapeutics, where they have been working since 2021. Previously, Chelsea worked at UC San Diego as a Staff Research Associate 3/Lab Manager from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they developed cellular assays to assess the impact of statin treatment on LPA and apo(a) production in vitro and was proficient in various molecular biology techniques. Prior to that, they worked at UCSD as a Staff Research Associate from 2011 to 2021, where they engaged in complex research projects and made original contributions to lab procedures and assay development. Chelsea's earlier work experience includes a managerial role at Woodstock's Pizza from 2009 to 2011, where they oversaw restaurant operations and managed employees.

Chelsea Nora earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from UC Santa Barbara, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Chelsea later pursued a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences at SDSU Global Campus from 2017 to 2019.
