Imee Lin

Imee Lin is a skilled professional in the skincare and beauty industry with extensive experience in product development and formulation. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager and formerly as a New Product Development Specialist at Biossance since September 2019, Imee focuses on formulating clean beauty products using biotechnology, adhering to a No Compromise approach by avoiding over 2,000 harmful ingredients. Prior to Biossance, Imee worked at Rodan + Fields as a Formulation Chemist, where responsibilities included developing and optimizing skincare formulations, conducting stability testing, and maintaining precise laboratory records. Earlier roles included Associate Chemist in Skincare Formulation and Junior Research & Development Chemist at Allure Labs, Inc., demonstrating a solid foundation in personal care and cosmetics. Imee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
