Harry Schiavi

Harry Schiavi has a long history of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Harry began their career in 1990 at Merck as a Sales Representative. In 1992, they moved to Astra Merck where they rose through various marketing and sales positions working with pharmaceutical industry clients and growing their expertise in Market Access. Harry worked in hospital/institution sales, regional/national account management, and headquarter roles in Market Access Marketing/Contracting. In 2002, they co-founded Insight Strategy Advisors and served as its CEO. In 2017, they joined PRECISIONadvisors as an Executive Advisor, supporting the company's business development and client relationships and serving as a strategic advisor to leadership across all business units. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of BioStream Technologies, LLC, leading the start-up that uses a rigorous, scientific and evidence-based approach to create a new generation of engaging, personalized computer-based assessments, adjunctive therapies, and training & educational tools.

Harry Schiavi graduated from Davidson College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
