Tim Wade is the CEO of BioStress Lab, a brand and customer experience consultancy. Tim has over 15 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, and ecommerce. Tim has worked with world-class organisations such as Canon, TUI, Estee Lauder, eNett, Bayer, and Fiat. Tim is a keynote speaker and workshop lead. Tim is also the author of "The Customer Experience Revolution."
After completing a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at Staffordshire University, Tim Wade pursued a career in business management, studying for a Management degree at Leeds Beckett University.
