Laura Rubió Ferrarons

Laura Rubió Ferrarons has work experience in both research and academia. In 2021, they joined BioSystems as an R+D Scientist. Prior to that, they worked at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2014 to 2020. During their time at the university, Laura completed their PhD in Neuroscience from October 2015 to December 2020. Laura also held the position of Professor of Academic Practices in Metabolic Biochemistry from September 2017 to June 2020. Additionally, they completed their Master's Thesis from September 2014 to September 2015.

Laura Rubió Ferrarons has a strong education history in the field of academia. Laura began their educational journey at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Neurosciences at the same institution for the academic year 2014-2015. Their studies further progressed as they pursued a PhD in Neuroscience at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2015 to 2020. Their research during this period primarily focused on laboratory medical and clinical investigations, along with related professions. In their quest for knowledge, Laura is currently enrolled at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, where they are expected to complete their studies in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics by 2024.
